I Don't know where to begin. This was the most accommodating Hotel we have ever stayed. The staff were amazing and so helpful in a stressful family event .They went above and beyond. The breakfast was amazing ,the afternoon snacks, the complimentary drinks, the shuttle service 5 stars alone. We had such a great time .we will never stay anywhere else when we are in Nashville. Thank you so much for being so great . -Frost family-

We originally chose this hotel for its close proximity to Vanderbilt hospital, since we’ve had to have multiple surgeries there since October. We knew eventually in December we’d have to stay close to the hospital for about 3 weeks for the last huge surgery, so we tried two other hotels to see which would be best to stay in for so long. As soon as we met Lu at the front desk here, we booked our 3 week stay. She was SO incredibly kind and helpful, went above and beyond getting to know us, and tried her best to personally accommodate anything we needed. When we checked in, fearful and nervous for the big surgery ahead, she remembered us from our last stay and was in such a good mood welcoming us that we forgot about our anxiety for a bit. When I realized we couldn’t sleep laying down after surgery, she went around the hotel at 11 pm and found every pillow possible and brought them to our room to try to prop us up. She is just a kind, bright person who became a defining part of our trips here and is the reason we will always book here from now on. I hope her bosses see this, she’s bringing you business! The rest of the staff is wonderful too. Valet literally runs up the stairs of the garage every time to get our truck, they’re skilled and have never damaged our big truck in the smallest parking garage. The garage is really small, but it’s only $5 more to valet than to self park so definitely worth it. The rooms are clean and spacious. The views are great (try picking your own room on the Hilton Honors app!!) and the location is within walking distance of Hattie B’s and many other restaurants, with Vanderbilt under a mile away too. For this price point, location, and Lu, we’ll definitely be back :) Pic is from room 1130

We really liked this hotel and it being our 1st time to Nashville we didn’t realize how many stairs we’d be climbing at all the Broadway St. bars,so when the hotel only had 1 working elevator, it sucked more than just a little to wait for 10-15 mins for the elevator ,so we just took the stairs. I will say that the shuttle service was cool and so is Mr. Tony. The breakfast is hearty and delicious and all you need to start the day. Our room was good but the construction outside the window through the weekend didn’t exactly help after a night of drinking. All in all, I’d say this place was pretty good and will be much better once the 2nd elevator is fixed and the construction is complete.

Location was great. The staff was very friendly and accommodating for us with a trailer we were towing. Valet was awesome. We love Embassy suites. The rooms are consistent in quality. The only negative we could say is that usually the breakfast at Embassy suites is really good and this one was below par. It is the only reason for the four stars otherwise it would’ve been five stars.

Absolutely wonderful stay. Great location, reasonable price, clean room, good breakfast offerings. Self-parking directly behind the hotel for a nominal fee. I need to add that the staff here was exceptionally helpful and cheerful. Tiffany H. at the front desk and Tiffany S. in the dining room went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable. The same for Linesia and Lynsey at the evening front desk; they too were amazing and left a wonderful impression of this hotel. I highly recommend it when staying in the area, and will certainly stay here again!

We have stayed here three times. Really love the location and the staff! Thank you to Tony, Pam, Bobbie for your personal service and care to make us feel so welcome! See you next year. We are excited to see the renovations that began soon!!

This hotel is in a great location to restaurants, bars and Vanderbilt University. There is a shuttle that will take you to Broadway which is a short ride away. The rooms are clean and spacious and the staff is very friendly. There is ice water available in the lobby instead of bottled water which cuts down on waste. The reason I took away a star is because the rooms are a bit dated with old furniture and could use a refresh. Plus, I had to wait 10 minutes to receive my checked bags, but otherwise this is a good place to stay and I would stay again.

Great location not super close to the downtown Broadway bar area but has its own bar scene one block away. The night time shuttle driver Tony is the man he is an absolute awesome person with great advice and knowledge of the area. The evening drink and appetizers are structured well and the breakfast was better then some other hotels.
